recalling when they first fell in love, when they first made
love.

The moonlight shone through the window, dimly lighting the room
a blue color. All was still, not a sound invaded the quiet of
night. There was a slight chill to the air, as a breeze found
it's way through the opened window above the spot where Obi-Wan
sat on the floor. His back against the wall and his arms around
his knees, his eyes glittered as he looked over the silent
figure on the bed in front of him. The older man's face was
peaceful in repose, the peace of the Force. Are you seeing
me, my Master? Obi-Wan thought to himself, wondering what
dreams graced his master's sleep this night. I see you in my
dreams, my love. Do you even know how much I love you?
Obi-Wan smiled and sat there in peace, watching his lover
sleep. A quiet moan came from the bed and Obi-Wan looked
intently, hoping his thoughts weren't disturbing his love.
Satisified that Qui-Gon would not awaken, Obi-Wan looked gazed
down at the carpet, not really seeing it, but seeing that
smile, those eyes. Whenever he closed his eyes, he could see a
vision of blue-gray eyes, as if it were imprinted on his
eyelids. Those eyes were amazing and filled with love. Love for
him. He couldn't count how many nights he had spent in this
very spot, just watching his love sleep. His eyes went back to
his master, taking in all the beauty that lay there. His master
slept shirtless and the blanket was pushed back. Obi-Wan looked
his body over, silently remembering all those places where his
lips had kissed, his hand had touched. His eyes went back to
his master's face, taking in every feature as he had countless
other times. Qui-Gon was so much to him. He meant everything to
him. There hadn't been a time in all his years with Qui-Gon
that his master couldn't be counted upon. He had molded Obi-Wan
into the man he was today. Qui-Gon was everything Obi-Wan had
come to want and love.
It had hit him one day while he was watching Qui-Gon meditate.
Obi-Wan had been sitting quietly, waiting for his master to
come out of meditation and given the opportunity, he had
decided to study his master. And so he had watched ever so
quietly, tracing the lines of that face that had smiled at him,
the legs that had outrun him at one time, the arms that had
taught him strength. The outer study led Obi-Wan to
contemplating the man's inner self, remembering all the times
Qui-Gon had been there for him, all the laughter they had
shared and the serious talks about life and the Force.
Somewhere in his contemplation, Obi-Wan had lost himself to
tears of rememberance and desire. If there had been any
possible way, he would have bled his soul into his master's.
Wiping his eyes, he had made the decision that no matter what,
whether the love was returned or not, through any obstacle, he
would remain by this man's side forever.
Obi-Wan drew a breath and smiled in the dark, that desperate
feeling of love he had felt still able to quicken his heart and
put an ache in his chest. Staring at the sleeping form he
recalled the night Qui-Gon had found out that his padawan had
been keeping a secret from him. They had been playing a card
game and Qui-Gon had said something to the effect of, "What do
you plan on doing once you make Knight?"
Obi-Wan hadn't thought about this. He had to plan something?
What was this? He shook his head, laughed and said, "Running
around the galaxy with you and rubbing in your face that you
can't boss me around any more."
Qui-Gon had laughed at this, but there was a seriousness in his
eyes. "Really, Padawan. You need to be thinking about these
things. I won't be your master forever, you know."
Obi-Wan had sighed and smiled softly. "Can't I just stay with
you?"
Qui-Gon had fixed those blue eyes on his student and said,
"Obi-Wan, your life cannot revolve around being my padawan. You
have to build a life for yourself. Become a great Jedi Master
and do great things. You have so much potential and are so much
wiser than I was at your age. I know you'll have some
separation anxiety, this has been your life. And your leaving
will be the hardest thing I will ever have to do, but I
wouldn't be a good master if I didn't push you to make a life
for yourself."
The idea had hit Obi-Wan hard. He had planned on being with his
master forever. That was childish, he had realised. He couldn't
go through life being his master's shadow. But leave? There was
no way in hell he could bring himself to do that. His eyes
glassed over with tears as he struggled to hide it from
Qui-Gon. "Master," he whispered. "Don't make me make that
decision right now."
"My God, this really bothers you. I had no idea it would affect
you so. Obi-Wan, we'll still be friends. It's not like we'll
never see each other again. Maybe you could get quarters near
mine and we can request missions together. We work well
together. I'm sure the Counsil will assign us on many missions
together."
"Not if we have padawans." Obi-Wan avoided his master's eyes.
"Obi-Wan, you're worrying me. I didn't mean to hurt you so
much. If I had known that it would do this to you I wouldn't
have brought it up." Qui-Gon had moved closer to his student
and placed his fingers softly on Obi-Wan's chin. He lifted his
face so he could see his eyes and caught the glassy look. His
touch went softer and he whispered, "Obi-Wan." The young man
then looked up, knowing he couldn't hide it anymore. He looked
his master right in the eyes and opened himself up totally. "I
had no idea," he whispered.
"I promised you I would never leave your side once, and I
intend to keep that promise." Obi-Wan gazed intently into
Qui-Gon's eyes.
Qui-Gon simply stared, unable to say anything. Then he made a
choice and moved to kiss Obi-Wan. His lips were met with a
passion he had only dreamed his student having and those blue
eyes that were forever burned into his memory were glittering
as they gazed into his own blue-gray eyes. When he had finally
pulled away, he had softly touched his padawan's face and said,
"Then you'll never have to leave me."
Obi-Wan yawned and continued his gaze. Master, you are
beautiful when you sleep. You'll never know how much those
words meant to me. And I will never leave you. My whole
universe spins itself around you as you lay there and
sleep. Obi-Wan played absently with his padawan braid and
smiled lovingly as his master slept. His gaze, turned into a
light-hearted leer, however, when he recalled the first time
they had made love.
It had been late one night after Obi-Wan had come in after
running a few laps in the gardens. He was in a really good
humor that night and wanted to play around with his master. So
upon entering their quarters and seeing his master sitting on
the couch, reading, he had peeled the shirt from his sweating
body and stretched, fighting the grin on his face. Qui-Gon made
no attempt to notice, and instead seemed more intent on his
book. A challenge! Obi-Wan had thought excitedly. He
grinned and said, "I'm gonna hit the shower. Stay up for me?"
He had put on his most playful smile and waited, only to
receive a mumbled acknowledgement. He only shrugged it off,
knowing Qui-Gon wasn't being rude, just being hard to get. So
Obi-Wan went into the bathroom and took his clothes off, and
got in. He opened the link so his master would feel everything
and smiled, sending images of his hands running over his wet
body to his reading master. Obi-Wan, caught up in the desire,
started to touch and stroke his arousal, using only the Force.
He leaned against the wall, letting the water run over him
while he used the Force to pleasure himself. He bit his lip and
moaned out, "Master," sending the sound over the link.
Damnit, open yourself to me, he moaned into their link,
noticing Qui-Gon's shields were up. His fingers curled against
the wall, nothing to grasp as the sensations overtook him.
Mmm...Qui-Gon. Why don't you open yourself to this? His
breath came in gasps and he fell to his knees as he came. He
crouched there for a moment before he finally stood. He looked
for any sign of arousal in Qui-Gon and sighed, finding those
shields up. Wrapping a towel around his hips, he looked himself
over and opened the bathroom door. He took a step out, noting
that Qui-Gon was gone, and then was grabbed from the side. His
master was nude and a staring sexually at him, toying with his
braid.
"So, you wanna play?" he had said in a voice thick with desire.
Obi-Wan had felt his sides clench and desire stir in his groin.
He had immediately went for Qui-Gon's mouth, savoring the heat
within, as he caressed his tongue against his master's. He
pushed himself against Qui-Gon's nude body, feeling the
hardness of his master against him, and moaned. "Are you,"
kiss, "Ready," kiss, "For this," kiss, "Step?" he asked between
visit's to his master's mouth.
Qui-Gon kissed his lips softly and nodded, breathlessly asking,
"Are you?"
Obi-Wan had looked over Qui-Gon, love beaming through his eyes
and nodded. "I have dreamed of this moment for a long time
now."
Without another word, Qui-Gon had kissed his padawan and drew
him into his room, pushing Obi-Wan down to his bed. He had
wrapped himself into Qui-Gon, wanting to feel him in every way,
but his master had laughed lightly and said in that sensual
voice, "Patience, young padawan. Let's take this slow and do it
right." It had begun with slow and sweet kisses, Qui-Gon's
hands touching him softly, and him learning Qui-Gon's body with
his own hands. That small showering of affection, however,
progressed into a storm of passion and sex.
Obi-Wan rubbed the back of his neck, smiling as he remembered
what had happened that night. Qui-Gon had been a gentle lover,
wanting everything to be right for his padawan. Everything had
been right. Everything had been downright perfect that night.
He could live in that moment forever. Such a sweet lover,
Master. That night was perfect. How could I ever repay you for
everything you are to me? You are endlessly everything. You are
the breath of angels on my mouth. Your voice is the flutter of
angel wings, and your eyes a storm of blue in which I could get
lost forever. My love and my life, the other half of my soul.
May you never doubt that I love you. With you, everything is
right. Qui-Gon stirred and Obi-Wan stopped for a moment,
wary again, that his thoughts had awoken his lover. My pulse
races to your embrace and because of you, I will never be
alone. He paused, wiping a few tears of love from his
cheeks. You will always mean everything to me. I love
you.
Obi-Wan startled at his masters chuckle. Obi-Wan, my love,
your poetry makes my blood hot and my heart race, but are you
going to sit there and talk all night, or are you going to come
up here so I can make love to you for making me fall in love
with you all over again?
Obi-Wan gave his lover a lop-sided grin as he stood and removed
his Jedi attire and climbed into bed. "As you wish, my Master."
