This is what happens when I try to write a different story
about Qui and Obi. It's not what I usually write (bet you
wouldn't have guessed ;-)), so bear with me. Your comments and
feedback are, as always very much appreciated

(Qui-Gon's Point of View)
He comes out of the shower, his hair dripping wet, the Padawan
braid clinging to the soft rise of his chest. My eyes travel
over his body, so well known to me and yet always strange, new
and exciting in its every detail.
My gaze rests on his upper body, steady and warm enough to get
his undivided attention and he meets my eyes, his own the
colour of a stormy sea at nightfall, now that he has seen my
longing.
I know he seeks to seduce me when he turns the lights down and
begins to sway to music only he can hear. I follow every motion
of his hips, then I lift my gaze to run along his arms as his
eyes drift closed and he surrenders wordlessly to me.
My mouth is dry; he always robs me of my speech when he lets go
of all the calmness and restraint that make us Jedi throughout
every day. At night he is a wanton man, willing to give the
pleasure that I seek and share in all the glorious sensations
that he gifts my body with.
His hands glide down his sides, his body glowing in the reddish
hue of the evening sun's last rays that fall into the shadowy
room, the water on his skin reflecting in the spare
illumination and trailing along the outlines and planes of his
body.
Suddenly he stops, opening his eyes and smiling at me. The
inaudible music has stopped and now comes my time to dance.
I get up from the sofa, taking off the wide linen shirt I
usually sleep in. He lifts his head, his smile deepening as he
drinks in every line of my face and muscles. He enjoys watching
me move and I oblige him, stepping closer to him.
He tilts his head up, waiting for me to make the first move,
coquettishly smiling, his eyes half closed, the lashes just
barely touching his cheek that's taken over a darkening reddish
hue from the sunset.
Our lips meet and I let my tongue feel his mouth, opening my
own to invite him to do the same. My body reacts to the barely
noticeable chill spreading over his still glistening body. I
run my hands over his shoulders, trace the muscles of his back
up again with my fingers, then I pull him closer.
His arms drape around my neck and he presses against me,
shivering in the breeze that floats through the open window.
The sun has painted the sky in a bloody red and the clouds are
tinged with black on the edges. They drift away into darkness
as my hands drift lower and explore the rest of his body.
No word passes our lips, as he finishes undressing me and I
pull away the towel he has wrapped around his hips.
The lights dim further and I concentrate solely on my lover,
tasting his clean skin with my lips and possessing every inch
of his body with my hands until he pulls me towards the sofa
with a soft tug on my hair.
We tumble on our makeshift bed almost silently, only a giggle
escapes the well-formed lips before I seal them with mine
again.
Time is lost when we thus hold each other, caressing and
languidly taking in every elevation, dipping our tongues in
every hollow of the other's body.
As our excitement rises, our hands stray to attend to urgent
needs and we drown in our own completion while still seeking
more. The last rays of the setting sun are almost black when we
sink back exhausted.
Still no word has passed between us, our love making becomes
more quiet every time, we enjoy the touching and slow movements
until the stimulation is too much to take and then we let go
all of a sudden and glorify in the rush of warmth that breaks
through our bodies.
Though sated, we still need to feel each other and so we stay
lying on the sofa, till the chill of the night cannot be
ignored anymore and we rise together, fluidly as we fight,
completing the other with our movements.
I know we will cuddle tonight, for in a few days time we will
be on a mission again and no sunset, no matter how beautiful
can be noticed for more than a few moments, no pleasure
exchanged or kisses stolen in the hues of impending dusk.
We are Jedi.
But our strength arises from our love.
The End.
Inspired by this beautiful song here:
Let's Make a Night to Remember
I love the way you look tonight
With your hair hanging down your shoulders
N' I love the way you dance your slow sweet tango
The way ya wanna do everything but talk
And how ya stare at me with those undress me eyes
Your breath on my body makes me warm inside
Let's make out - let's do something amazing
Let's do something that's all the way
Cuz I never touched somebody like the way I touch your body
Now I never want to let your body go.
Let's make a night - to remember
From January - to December
Let's make love - to excite us
A memory - to ignite us
Let's make honey baby - soft and tender
Let's make sugar darlin' - sweet surrender
Let's make a night - to remember - all life long
I love the way ya move tonight
Beads of sweat drippin' down your skin
Me lying here - n' you lyin' there
Our shadows on the wall and our hands everywhere
Let's make out - let's do something amazing
Let's do something that's all the way
Cuz I never touched somebody like the way I touch your body
Now I never want to let your body go.
Let's make a night - to remember...
I think about ya all the time
Can't you see you drive me outta my mind
Well I'm never holdin' back again
Yeah, I never want this night to end
Let's make out - let's do something amazing
Let's do something that's all the way
Cuz I never touched somebody like the way I touch your body
Now I never want to let your body go.
